A social-inclusion project empowering marginalized Roma through education, skills development and support for active participation in society and the labour market — funded by SODI (Germany), in cooperation with the URBO organization from Požarevac.
This project, funded by SODI from Germany, is focused on improving the social inclusion and position of socially marginalized Roma through education, skills development and support for active participation in society and the labour market. It is carried out in cooperation with the URBO organization from Požarevac and represents an important step towards more sustainable and more inclusive local communities.
Through educational programmes, workshops and public presentations, participants receive support in developing professional skills, building self-confidence and exploring opportunities to start their own business and start-up initiatives. We talk about the importance of entrepreneurship, sustainable business ideas, digital opportunities and the development of local initiatives that can contribute to the economic empowerment of individuals and the community.
A special focus is placed on encouraging young people and members of marginalized groups to recognize their potential, develop creative ideas and actively take part in creating positive change.
A special focus is placed on encouraging young people and members of marginalized groups to recognize their potential, develop creative ideas and actively take part in creating positive change.
Our goal is not only to provide information, but to inspire people to believe in their ideas, to develop independence and, through knowledge and mutual support, to build a more secure future for themselves and their families. Projects like this show how international cooperation, education and local activism can contribute to a fairer and more humane society.
